Account & Listing Management

 
My business is already listed on Minority Base. How can I claim my listing?

It’s easy to claim a listing. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to your business listing.
  2. Click “Claim Now!”.
  3. Fill out the claim form and submit.
 

We will review your claim within 48 hours. If approved, you’ll be able to log in with your username and the password that was sent to you via e-mail. If you have any issues with logging in after your claim has been approved, please contact Support at team@minoritybase.com.

How can I edit my listing?

  1. First, we recommend editing your listings on a PC or Mac for the best user experience.
  2. Go to https://minoritybase.com
  3. Click on “Sign In” > enter your login information to sign in. Note: We sent you a temporary password when you signed up. If you don’t know it, you can reset your password by clicking “Forgot password” in the “Sign In” popup window, and then following the on-screen instructions.
  4. After logging in, click on your name in the top right corner > select “Update Profile”.
  5. Click “Listings” in the left sidebar.
  6. In your listing’s row, click the 3-dotted menu icon to the far right (it”s next to the “Status” column) > select “Edit”.
  7. On the Edit Listing page, you can edit your listing details.
  8. Save your listing updates.
